About the Role
We’re hiring a Senior Product Designer to shape the experience of early-stage products within our AI-native venture ecosystem. In this role, you’ll be embedded in a cross-functional team — working closely with product and engineering, and in deep collaboration with our internal venture-building unit — to lead design through continuous discovery and fast-paced iteration.
We expect designers to work at the intersection of user insight, business needs, and technical feasibility. AI is a core part of how we work — not just to move faster, but to get better answers sooner. From research synthesis to ideation and prototyping, you’ll use AI to uncover opportunities and deliver solutions rooted in evidence, not opinion.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with product and venture teams to explore and frame opportunity spaces
Lead the design side of continuous discovery — turning assumptions into testable concepts and insights into design directions
Use AI tools to accelerate UX workflows: from research synthesis to wireframes and prototypes
Design clear, intuitive, and human-centered product experiences — even in highly complex or ambiguous spaces
Partner closely with engineers and product managers to ensure designs are technically feasible and continuously validated
Conduct lightweight user research and usability testing, and iterate based on learning
Advocate for evidence-based design decisions and a discovery mindset across the team
Contribute to and maintain design systems that support speed, consistency, and flexibility
Requirements
- Expertise in continuous discovery practices: user interviews, assumption testing, journey mapping, and rapid prototyping to validate direction
- Proficient in using AI tools to accelerate your design workflow — e.g., for research synthesis, wireframing, prototyping, or interaction ideation
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product thinking — from opportunity framing and user insight to polished, shipped interfaces
- Experience collaborating deeply with PMs, engineers, and venture teams to co-create solutions from zero-to-one
- 6+ years of experience in product design, with a proven track record of shipping high-quality digital products in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
- Familiarity with design systems, atomic design principles, and maintaining scalable UI libraries
