Together with a leading national mobility player we are creating a nationwide Ticket & Management platform and evolving it into a full large scale mobility app.

Your Mission
As Venture Lead you own the venture from Day 1 through nationwide scale: lead the large cross-functional core team, secure and operationalize partnerships, define and ship the product in nine months, and hit the commercial targets —while steering investors and government stakeholders through every step. You trust in the expertise of the team and the proven process Rimthan has developed and together we become one force.
Key Responsibilities
Vision & Strategy – Make the roadmap from ticketing MVP to nationwide mobility business your own.
Team Leadership – Inspire, steer, and partly recruit a 20 to 30-person team using OKRs.
Full-Stack Execution – You don’t wait for others, you feel comfortable with the full spectrum; you make the plan, draft the contract, negotiate the partner deal, lead the technical integration, and run day-to-day operations until you hand-off to the team.
Stakeholder Management – Secure trust and alignment with the Rimthan board as well as with ministries and investors.
Partnerships & Growth – Expand the network of mobility and retail partners, build a brand and unlock growth levers.
Product & Tech Oversight – Define, build, and ship the MVP (B2C app, B2B portals, back end) within 9 months and iterate.
Compliance & Governance – Ensure Saudi regulatory, tax, and cyber-security compliance.
Your Profile
A vivid passion to drive changing an industry that makes people want to follow you
10+ years in high-performance environments (consultancy, digital/tech ventures, and similar)
Proven track record in building or in digital transformation to bring a complex product from 0 to 1.
Demonstrated success navigating complex projects with multiple large partnerships and government stakeholders.
Entrepreneurial mindset: outcome-driven, hands-on, comfortable with calculated risk, strong negotiator. Working independently towards aligned milestones.
Saudi national or extensive KSA experience
Fluent English (C1+); Fluent in Arabic. Willing to be primarily on-site in Riyadh.
Nice-to-Haves
Mobility, transportation, or retail experience; Hajj industry experience
Prior fundraising or exit success
