About the Role

As a Venture Developer, you will work at the core of venture creation: from raw ideas and messy hypotheses to validated business models and early traction. You won’t sit behind slides or wait for perfect data. Instead, you’ll talk to customers, partners, and operators, run experiments, and push initiatives forward independently.

This role offers a steep learning curve, real responsibility, and exposure to decision-making early on. At the same time, it demands resilience, independent thinking, and comfort with ambiguity. If you need constant structure, approvals, or clearly defined paths, this role will likely not be for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, validate, and develop new venture ideas from early concept to execution

• Go into the market: speak with customers, partners, and industry players directly

• Design and run fast experiments to test assumptions (commercial, operational, strategic)

• Build early business cases, MVP concepts, and go-to-market approaches

• Take ownership of workstreams and push them forward proactively

• Do the work others often avoid — cold outreach, uncomfortable conversations, manual validation

• Work closely with founders, operators, and external partners to shape ventures

• Continuously challenge assumptions - including your own

What We Offer

• A high-impact role with real responsibility from day one

• Steep learning curve across strategy, execution, and entrepreneurship

• Exposure to venture building end-to-end, not just analysis

• High autonomy and trust — paired with high expectations

• Competitive compensation aligned with responsibility and performance

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in venture building, consulting, or a related field
  • Strong bias toward action and ownership — you don’t wait to be told
  • Street-smart mindset: practical, grounded, and comfortable operating without perfect information
  • Willingness to go into the market and do direct outreach and validation
  • Ability to think independently and challenge ideas constructively
  • High level of self-organization and reliability in ambiguous settings
  • Strong communication skills — concise, direct, and honest
  • Intellectual curiosity and resilience under pressure

Additional Information

This role is intentionally demanding. It is designed for people who want to build, learn fast, and take responsibility — not for those seeking comfort, predictability, or purely conceptual work.

If that excites you, we’d love to talk.
