About the Role

As a Venture Building Intern, you'll work closely with our team to develop new products and businesses from 0 to 1. This role offers unparalleled exposure to the entire venture building process, from ideation to execution. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute creative solutions, and help shape the future of our ventures.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in researching and validating new business ideas and market opportunities
• Support the development of business models, financial projections, and go-to-market strategies
• Participate in product development sprints, contributing ideas and feedback
• Conduct competitor analysis and industry research to identify trends and opportunities
• Help create pitch decks and other materials for internal and external stakeholders
• Take ownership of small projects and initiatives, demonstrating leadership potential
• Continuously seek ways to improve processes and propose innovative solutions

Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Entrepreneurship, Engineering, or related field
Strong interest in startups, innovation, and venture building
Proactive attitude with ability to work independently and take initiative
Excellent problem-solving skills and creativity
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
Basic understanding of business concepts (marketing, finance, operations)
Street-smart with practical approach to problem-solving
Hunger for success and willingness to go above and beyond
