Key Responsibilities
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and potential investment opportunities
• Analyze financial statements, business models, and growth potential of startups and early-stage companies
• Prepare detailed investment memos and presentations for internal stakeholders
• Assist in due diligence processes, including evaluating management teams and assessing risks
• Monitor portfolio companies and report on performance metrics
• Stay updated on industry developments and venture capital best practices

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in venture capital, investment banking, or financial analysis
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- Excellent research and presentation abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of startup ecosystems and venture capital principles
