About the Role

As an Experienced Graphic Designer, you will be embedded in our product and growth squads from day one. Your primary responsibility is to translate strategy into bold, polished visuals that drive awareness, adoption, and conversion. You will partner closely with venture leads, product managers, and marketers to facilitate brand strategy workshops, define strategic foundations, and produce design across brand, digital, and print.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, facilitate, and document branding strategy workshops with stakeholders (discovery, co‑creation, decision making).

  • Craft end‑to‑end brand strategies and playbooks (purpose, positioning, narrative & messaging, audience personas, voice & tone, creative territories, brand architecture).

  • Own the creation of brand identities and visual systems for new ventures (logos, color, type, iconography, guidelines).

  • Design high‑impact marketing and product assets: social campaigns, paid ads, landing pages, email, pitch decks, event materials, and presentation templates.

  • Produce product‑adjacent visuals (illustrations, UI assets, icon sets) that support feature launches and storytelling.

  • Build and maintain scalable design libraries, templates, and documentation for consistency and speed.

  • Collaborate with Growth to A/B test creatives; translate performance insights into rapid iterations.

  • Prepare production‑ready files and coordinate with print and fabrication vendors; ensure flawless execution across formats.

  • Present concepts and rationale to stakeholders; incorporate feedback while protecting core design intent.

  • Track cultural and design trends—especially in KSA/GCC—and bring fresh thinking to every brief.

  • Mentor junior creatives and contribute to raising our in‑house design bar.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of professional graphic design experience in a fast‑paced, product‑led company or creative agency
  • Proven experience running branding strategy workshops with senior stakeholders and cross‑functional teams
  • Demonstrated ability to craft brand strategies and translate them into coherent visual identities and campaigns
  • Strong portfolio showcasing brand identity systems, brand strategy deliverables (e.g., positioning, messaging frameworks), and multi‑channel marketing work
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma
  • Excellent typography and layout skills; bilingual design experience (Arabic and English) strongly preferred
  • Experience building brand guidelines and scalable design systems
  • Data‑informed mindset—comfortable using performance metrics to guide creative iteration
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; confident explaining design choices to non‑design stakeholders
  • Organized, detail‑obsessed, and able to manage multiple deadlines in a high‑velocity environment
